Early access terms

Terms groundwork for guided pilots and SaaS launch preparation.

This page is a commercial terms placeholder for early conversations. Final legal terms, data-processing agreements, subscription terms, and support commitments should be approved before public self-service launch. Requires legal review before broad public launch.

Guided access
Luxstay is currently offered through guided demos and controlled onboarding rather than open self-service signup.
Compliance responsibility
Operators are responsible for confirming local legal requirements for fiche de police handling and authority submission.
Operational readiness
Production use should begin with trained staff, verified roles, backup confirmation, and documented rollback procedures.
Commercial terms pending
Support, onboarding, billing, service levels, and data-processing terms should be finalized before commercial SaaS launch.

What must be finalized before launch

Subscription billing, invoicing terms, refunds, and plan limits.

Data processing, retention, deletion, and support access policy.

Service level expectations, incident process, and backup policy.

Guided pilot terms notice

Guided pilot access is invitation-based and supervised by Luxstay. Public signup and self-service tenant creation remain disabled.

Stripe billing and subscription automation are not active yet. Commercial pricing and billing terms require a separate approved phase.

Pilot operators remain responsible for lawful guest data collection, staff training, and use of fiche de police workflows according to local requirements.
